- In Mathematics, students completed their representation of a number between 100 000 and 1 000 000. Students used number lines, base ten, multiplication, addition, subtraction, words, symbols and position of value to represent their choose number. Our number talk of the day was 2 x 3 x 3 x 2. Ask me what strategy I preferred. (Homework: Completed unfinished task, number representation)
- In Health and French, we read the book "Tourbillion d'emotions". Students identified what feelings might be masking other feelings. Then students created short skits to demonstrate situations in which students might show one emotion but are masking other feelings. Ask me: If I am frustrated, what feelings might I be masking.
- We attended music class with Mme Edgett. We played with rhythm and are starting to plan for our upcoming music share.
- We visited the library today! Ask me about books I took out!
